- RETURN POLICY
Our prints are printed on 250gsm paper, using Epson's industry-leading UltraChrome archival inks for maximum colour accuracy and a beautiful matte finish with zero glare. Our paper is incredibly sturdy, ensuring your artwork will last for years to come.
We offer sizes A4, A3, A2, 50cm x 70cm, 60cm x 90cm, A1, 70cm x 100cm and A0. Not all of our prints go up to the larger sizes. The available sizes are displayed in the drop-down menu of the product.
We highly recommend if you're purchasing an A0 size, you get this framed by us or your local framer. I don't think there are many places to purchase a frame this large.
We can also customise prints to suit an existing frame or crop into a square layout. Just get in contact prior to ordering.
If you're using the Kmart 61cm x 91.5cm frame or the IKEA 61cm x 91cm frame, you need to order the 60cm x 90cm print. If you have a B1 (70.7cm x 100cm) sized frame, you need to order the 70cmx100cm print.
Please send us an email straight after you place your order with the re-size request. Also include your order number.
ADDING A WHITE BORDER
You now have the option to add a white border to your print. This does not change the overall dimensions of your paper.
A4 = 2cm
A3 & A2 = 3cm
50x70, A1 & 60x90 = 4cm
70x100 & A0 = 5cm
If you're after a custom size border, please email us as soon as you've placed your order.
We recommend that you do not add on a white border if your frame already has a mat-board.
Please note that our frames do not come with a mat-board. If you want that look, then please select "with a white border".
USING YOUR OWN FRAME?
If you're using your own frame, please make sure you order the correct size print so that it fits in perfectly otherwise you will end up with a buckled print. We also recommend using a moisture resistant tape to seal down the MDF board to stop any moisture from entering the frame. If moisture is present in your frame the artwork will crinkle. All frames are made from a high-quality sustainable timber in natural, black or white finish.
Frames are all fitted with a thick optical grade perspex which is highly durable, very light and offers 94% UV resistance.
Frame dimensions are 2cm width x 3cm depth.

Delays in shipping are not our responsibility. We aim to get your order to you within our time frame, but due to some circumstances and courier drivers, we encounter the occasional delay.
If you have not received your order within 15 business days from purchase you need to contact us immediately, so we can rectify this.
PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH YOUR OWN DELIVERY. SOME POSTAL SERVICES IN YOUR AREA WILL TAKE ORDERS TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TRACKING. All our products are made to order. We are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or if you have chosen the incorrect size.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please email us within 24 hours upon receipt of goods. Please include a photograph and an explanation of what has occurred and we will arrange a replacement.
Love Your Space will not be responsible if goods are damaged in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the goods.
If an order has been returned to us after attempted delivery and no follow up with the courier on your behalf, you will incur a re-delivery fee of $19.95.
