We offer free shipping Australia wide. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

UNFRAMED PRINTS (Worldwide)

Unframed print orders are shipped within 1-4 business days from purchase.

Australian shipping time frames:

  • Metro Areas - 3-10 days | Express - 1-2 business days
  • WA, NT, TAS & Rural areas - 4-10 days | Express - 2-3 business days

International shipping time frames:

  • 6 - 27  business days

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are payable by the recipient.

FRAMED PRINTS (Australia Only)

Please note: we do not deliver frames to Po Boxes or Parcel Collection Boxes.

        Wallpapers & Wall Decal orders get shipped within 5-7 business days from purchase.

        In the event that your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts and no follow-up with the courier has been made on your behalf, a re-delivery fee of $19.90 will be incurred.

          Delays in shipping are not our responsibility. We aim to get your order to you within our time frame, but due to some circumstances and courier drivers, we encounter the occasional delay. 

          If you have not received your order within 15 days from purchase you need to contact us immediately, so we can rectify this. 

          PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH YOUR OWN DELIVERY. SOME POSTAL SERVICES IN YOUR AREA WILL TAKE ORDERS TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TRACKING. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK-MAIL IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION.
